If you need a refund and you are still within the 2-hour window:
    1.    Reach us by clicking our contact link provided above with your order number and reason for the refund.
    2.    If your request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
    3.    Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.



Exceptions
    •    We do not offer refunds for custom orders, gift cards, or digital downloads unless there is a technical issue or product defect.
    •    If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
